Substitution of the former Cr-Co palate for a transparent acrylic palate

It was made a small enlargement of teeth's 21-11-12-y 13 vertical dimension of teeth, addition of the missing teeth and a worked hook on the 21. The acrylic of theethes 21, 11, 12, 13, had to be substituted for the same acrylic shade of the natural and plastic teeth.

In this work, both white and pink heat-curable acrylic were substituted in the a plaster chamber. It was heat cured in 20 minutes without varying the location and adaptation of theethes 12-12-13 and 21(with the hook). See the finishing of the denture in the next picture.

It is impossible to undertake this tasks with the flasking system due to the several vise pressings which would faint and mix the different acrylics (white and pink). The great advantage is that you can place the suitable acrylic shade exactly in the place you wish without mixing it with another acrylic.
