A demonstration of our method's capabilities

  • Fig.1: Finished upper denture with porcelain teeth 11-12-13-14-15-16 y 17.
  • Fig.2: At the opposite site 21-21-23-24-25-26-27 plastic teeth.
  • Fig.3: Frontal view of both teeth with transparent gums and with pink gums at posterior zones.
  • Fig. 4: An internal reinforcement has been inserted beneath of acrylic and porcelain teeth.

There can also bee seen patient's ID initials, name, etc. Half of the palate was made   in transparent acrylic and the other in pink; adding, a little metallic mesh has been placed. This denture has been made in a unique plaster chamber and   heat cured in only 20 minutes. There can be placed methods brand-logo or Laboratorys quality-seal.

Advantages: The bulk heat curing (without heat curing) does not faint, however, the merging with the transparent is perfect. It is impossible to work under this conditions with a flasking method.
